We are Cardamom. We create bespoke events and catering in Ibiza. Craig and Navine founded the business in back in 2003 in the form of a restaurant, which grew into a luxury catering business before turning into the professional events, catering and hire service.
Craig & JoJo manage the overall business operations and strategy. They lead our fantastic multi-lingual planning team to work year round creating incredible event ideas and styling tailored to each of our wonderful clients. Our team are passionate, experienced, understand the events industry, how to work successfully in Ibiza and have the best on-island contacts. They ensure every element of your event is delivered to perfection.
Juan Pi manages our our in-house fully licensed kitchen & chef team and has developed delicious menus to suit our international clientele. He will work with you to ensure your food is exactly what you want to eat and ensures it looks amazing.
Chari & Fernando take care of our warehouse space (which houses all event decoration and event equipment). They work hard behind the scenes at Cardamom to put every detail of your event into place. From planning transport, to ensuring your event has enough power, to building a professional kitchen and setting up staging, sound and lighting at your venue, our logistics team do everything to enable your event to run seamlessly and leave your venue in perfect condition after your event finishes – this team are the mastermind of the business and take care of it all!
