Cardamom at the Intelligent Change Summit
Earlier this month, Cardamom Events had the privilege of managing a truly meaningful gathering on the island of Ibiza: the Intelligent Change Summit, hosted by the creators of the globally loved Five Minute Journal and Mindful Affirmations.
The multi-day summit at Six Senses Resort brought together a global community of thought leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and wellness enthusiasts, all drawn to the powerful theme of intentional living and personal growth. The setting? A breathtaking clifftop retreat overlooking the Mediterranean, offering the perfect backdrop for reflection, conversation, and connection.
Thoughtfully Designed, Seamlessly Delivered
Our role was to transform a beautiful space into a soulful sanctuary for learning, sharing and recharging. Led on-site by our exceptional senior producer Sophie Moss, our team delivered a full-scale production that included:
- A serene cliffside cushion circle for sunrise rituals
- Cosy, layered indoor lounges for keynotes and fireside chats
- A vibrant marketplace of wellness tools and affirmations
- Magical long-table dinners beneath olive trees and festoon lights
Every detail, from logistics to lantern placement, was designed to reflect Intelligent Change’s mission: creating products and experiences that help people live more mindfully and meaningfully.
Collaboration with Purpose
Working with the Intelligent Change team was a joy. Their clarity of vision and commitment to every guest experience made it a deeply aligned partnership. Whether it was laying out affirmation decks at sunrise or creating quiet spaces for journaling, our shared intention was always the same: to hold space for transformation.
From a red vintage Porsche tractor (yes, really) to panoramic sunset views, this summit was unforgettable.
