How it started.

In 2001, Craig and Navine came to Ibiza for a week’s holiday. They never left.

They’d been trying to relocate — first considering Santander, then Denía — but neither felt right. A week off in Ibiza changed everything. Everything they owned fit in the roof box and boot of a Citroën Saxo.

They opened the Cardamom Club, a small restaurant in Santa Eulalia. Craig, a professional chef trained in London, ran the kitchen. Guests loved the food — then started asking if it could come to their villa. Then whether Craig and Navine knew someone who did flowers.

That’s how the network started. Not planned — built, one relationship at a time, because people kept asking for more than a meal.

For years, Cardamom did both: the restaurant and catering, and the events work that grew alongside it. Cardamom no longer does catering — the name is what’s left of where it started, not what it does now. Twenty-five years on, it’s the network behind other people’s events across the island.

Craig describes the two of them as Vision and Truth. Navine is Vision — creativity without limits. Craig is Truth — knowing where the boundaries are, what things cost, and when to say the honest thing instead of the easy one.
