Cardamom Events Ibiza -Mercedes Benz Corporate Affair!
Automotive brand Mercedes-Benz brilliantly chose Ibiza as the venue for an international meeting which started in February this year and attracted more than 13,000 people to the island, including sales and post-sales personnel.
Cardamom Events Ibiza were asked to organise an intimate reception dinner for 75 of the Dutch and Belgian delegates at the glorious La Escollera Restaurant on Es Cavallet beach.
Guests were treated to canapés of shrimp tempura, crispy Californian sushi, tuna and salmon tartar spoons, Gazpacho shots and goats cheese mousse cones.
Sharing platters of Iberico ham, pimientos padron and tuna carpaccio were served as starters to everyone’s delight!
The main attraction was the hake ‘a la espalda’ with garlic and mild chilli with a chocolate marquise as the main attraction…
After enjoying their delightful meal, the delegates then danced the night away to their own playlist of country music! The restaurant even surprised one of the delegates with a birthday cake for his special day!
The evening was yet another success to add to Cardamom’s impressive corporate event portfolio!
