As late November arrives, Ibiza has a completely different vibe to the summer. Our roads & beaches are much more empty, most
restaurants are closed & many of the islands inhabitants have departed our shores to go & visit family, travel & simply rest from the summer chaos. For those who remain, we nurture our island & a feeling of community arises – families & friends gather together on weekends in the few markets, restaurants & towns which remain open & make the most of the tranquil air – it really is a time where Ibiza’s beauty speaks for itself. Plus if you want to find a party, there is still a lot going on for those who want to look for it!
For team Cardamom, we use this time to get ourselves ahead for the coming summer & our offices in Siesta stay open across the year. Craig, Navine & JoJo hold strategy, finance, legal & marketing meetings to set next years objectives, plus spend time developing Cardamoms products & services to ensure we meet the ever changing demands of Ibiza’s clientele. JoJo & Craig also meet new clients & develop ideas for their event services. Lais & Helene also stay in Ibiza & support the planning of the events to get ahead in the process before the coming summer. So, please pop in & say hi if you’re ever here in the winter!

On a hazy Monday after an incredibly busy weekend – we have just completed nine very detailed events in just four days including beach parties, boat parties, two weddings and an exclusive birthday party to name just a few. Due to this, we couldn’t be happier to have received this email for JoJo & team C this morning from one of our recent clients – we are bursting with pride right now & wanted to share the love we have received!
“I’m sure over the last year, there has been many a sigh at seeing my name pop up in your inbox or seeing me call you on Skype. I’m sure I am not the easiest person to have as a client, and not just because I think I know everything about events 😉
This was the most important weekend of my life and it was hard for me to let go and accept that you had it covered. On the Friday that we arrived at the villa, I watched you with your team and then walking our wedding party through the schedule. In that moment, all my stress and worry disappeared. I just thought ‘she’s got this’.
On the wedding day, everyone kept commenting how calm I was. They were probably all expecting the same thing you were. But I was completely at ease. I enjoyed every second of that wedding day because of you. I didn’t worry about a thing. Your passion for the job and incredible talent shone through and kept me cool as a cucumber.
Our guests said that it was the best weekend of their lives. That they’ve never seen anything like it. That the food was exceptional and the day ran like clockwork. Most specifically, people have commented on how lucky we were to have you and frankly I couldn’t agree more.
You and your team are unrivaled when it comes to executing events. You were all so in sync and always had a smile on your faces. Collectively, your team is an unstoppable force, and you left me completely in awe for the whole wedding day. Above and beyond is an understatement. Even down to Lais giving three guests a lift home when their taxi didn’t turn up.
Thank you for sticking with us (me). Thank you for your hard work and patience (!!!). Thank you for making last Saturday the best day we could have ever asked for. I wish we could do it all over again.
We owe you a big drink next time we’re in Ibiza.”

Después de un largo fin de
semana de mucho trabajo – completamos nueve eventos detallistas en tan sólo
cuatro días. Entre ellos, fiestas en playas idílicas y en increíbles barcos,
dos bodas y una exclusiva fiesta de cumpleaños. Debido a esto, esta mañana nos hemos puesto muy contentos al
recibir un correo electrónico de uno de nuestros clientes más recientes
direccionado a JoJo y al equipo de Cardamom – que están llenos de orgullo y
quieren compartir el amor recibido!
“Estoy segura de que en el
último año ha habido más de un suspiro al ver mi nombre saltar en el buzón de
correos o ver que te llamaba por Skype.
Estoy segura que no soy la persona más fácil de tener como cliente, y no
sólo porque creo que lo sé todo acerca de los eventos 😉
Este fue el fin de semana más
importante de mi vida y fue difícil para mí dejar ir y aceptar que lo tenías
todo cubierto. Cuando llegamos a la villa el viernes, te vi con tu equipo y
luego te vi pasar por los detalles y programación de nuestra boda con cada uno
de nuestros familiares…en ese momento todo mi estrés y preocupaciones
desaparecieron como arte de magia. Pensé: ella tiene todo controlado. En el
mismo día de la boda, todo el mundo comentó lo tranquila que yo estaba. Pero yo
estaba completamente a gusto. Disfruté cada segundo del día de mi boda, gracias
a ti. Tu pasión por tu trabajo y el increíble talento que emanas me mantuvo fresca
como una lechuga.
Nuestros invitados dijeron que
fue el mejor fin de semana de sus vidas. Que nunca habían visto nada igual. Que
la comida estaba excepcional y que el día funcionó como las agujas del reloj. Nuestros invitados comentaban lo cuán
afortunados somos por tener a vosotros, y francamente, no podría estar más de
acuerdo.
Tu y tu equipo no tienen rivales
cuando se trata de la ejecución de un evento. Estabais en sintonía y siempre
con una sonrisa. En conjunto, tu equipo es una fuerza imparable y me dejó completamente
asombrada durante todo el día de la boda. Decir que por encima de todo y más allá
se queda corto Incluso cuando Laís llevó a tres de nuestros invitados a su
hotel porque su taxi no apareció.
Gracias por quedarte con nosotros
(conmigo). Gracias por tu trabajo duro y paciencia (!!!!). Gracias por hacer
del pasado sábado el mejor día que jamás podríamos haber pedido. Ojalá
pudiéramos hacerlo todo de nuevo.
La próxima vez que vayamos a
Ibiza, queremos invitarte a una copa – enorme!!”
